    Please email notes to us, when your student is unable to attend classes. 

    Include the following information in your messages: 

    Student’s First and Last Name

    Grade level

    Cobb Id Number

    Parent phone number

    Reason for the absence

    Certificate Of Enrollment For Learner's Permits and Driver's License

    • Certificate of Enrollment which are required to obtain a Learner's Permit or Driver's License will be distributed using the following process: 

       

       

      Summer HoursDuring the summer, please visit the Walton homepage at waltonhigh.org and click under NEWS for SUMMER HOURS to see how to get your Certificate of Enrollment.

       

       

    • To obtain a Certificate of Enrollment during the school year: 

      1. To avoid delay in the processing of the COE form, please confirm that your address is correct by accessing your students account in the Parent Vue portal. If your address information is correct in the Parent Vue portal, continue to step 2. If you need to update your address, the enrolling parent must submit the change in the Parent Vue portal. Click on Change My Information.  Upload two documents – 1 copy of your mortgage, lease, or rental agreement and 1 current utility bill.
      2. Download and complete Section A & B of this form: Certificate of Enrollment

      3. Email the form to emalea.gilvin@cobbk12.org

      4. Forms received by noon each day will be available for pick up the next school day (8:30 am-3:30pm) in the front office for $2 (cash only, exact change please). 

      5. You will receive an email confirmation when your form is ready for pick up. If you do not hear back from us via email, please check the email address with the one above to make sure it is correct. 

      6. This form expires 30 days from the date the school notarizes it.
