Certificate Of Attendance For Learner's Permits

  • During remote learning, Certificate of Enrollment which are required to obtain a Learner's permit/Drivers License will be distributed using the following process:


    To obtain a certificate of enrollment:


    1. To avoid delay in the processing of the COE form. Confirm that your address is correct in the Parent Vue portal. If your address information is correct, continue to step 2. To update your address, the enrolling parent must submit the change in the Parent Vue portal. Click Change My Information.  Upload two documents:  – 1 mortgage/lease/rental agreement and 1 current utility bill.

    2. Download and complete Section A & B of this form: Certificate of Enrollment

    3. Email the form to emalea.gilvin@cobbk12.org

    4. Forms received by noon each day will be available for pick up the next school day (8:30 am-3:30pm) in the front office for $2 (cash only, exact change, please wear a mask). 

    5. You will receive an email confirmation when your form is ready for pick up. 

    6. This form expires 30 days from the date it was notarized.
