Commencement Ticket Ordering Information:
Guest tickets will be requested online by the graduate via the . The graduates will request the number of tickets desired for their guests. However, the graduate is NOT guaranteed the number of tickets requested. Graduates and parents/guardians should discuss the number of tickets the graduate should request for the family. Graduates who do not submit a request will receive a maximum of 2 tickets. Please pay close attention to the ordering deadlines listed below as there will be no extension for ordering tickets.
Each guest ticket for schools with a ceremony at Kennesaw State University will have a unique barcode and will be valid only for the ceremony, date, and time shown on the ticket. Lost or damaged tickets cannot be replaced. Once a ticket is scanned for entry to the venue, it is no longer valid and cannot be re-used for further entry or re-entry.

- December 15, 2023 – Student Portal closes for December graduates to request tickets
- January 16, 2024 – Student Portal opens for May graduates to request tickets
- February 29, 2024 – Student Portal closes for May graduates to request tickets

The order form for tributes will be available on the Jostens web site beginning July 1, by going to www.jostens.com/yearbookads. The forms, pictures, and checks for tributes will not be accepted at Walton. You can create and pay for your tribute online at Jostens. The final deadline for tribute ads is October 9, 2023 at 11:59pm.
Seniors may submit a formal, casual, and baby picture for the yearbook. Please follow the steps outlined below to make sure your pictures are included in the book. Formal, casual, and baby photos are due by November 1st. This is a hard deadline. You will not be included in the book if you do not submit photos by November 1st.
Photos may be submitted either by the student using a private photographer or by using Walton’s official school photographer, Legacy. They must be professional photos to be included in the formal section. We prefer that you use Legacy for the formal picture. Using Legacy is the only way your photo will be changed in ParentVue/StudentVue, and it is the only way you will get a student ID. If you use Legacy, the cost is $25 to Legacy when you book your session to take the formal for the yearbook, and they will submit the photo for you. You do not have to purchase pictures, and you can still use your private photographer for your own photos. If you use a private photographer, please ask the photographer to submit the picture to the yearbook by uploading the picture directly to the website given below. To be included in the formal section, pictures must be taken in the traditional drape or tux/suit with a blue background.
Legacy will be at Walton on in the upper rotunda to take senior photographs on June 12/13/14 and July 17/18/19 in the Upper Rotunda. Appointments will start at 9am. To sign up, please go to https://seniors.legacystudios.com/waltonhs/. There will be a limited number of fall dates available at Legacy Studios.
You may choose to have casual pictures taken by a photographer of your choice or Legacy. Only submit one photo. Please ask them to turn in the pictures directly to Walton via the methods described below at www.waltonyearbook.com.
Baby pictures should be uploaded directly to the yearbook at www.waltonyearbook.com, using the instructions below. The baby picture will NOT be included in the yearbook if the student does not also submit a casual picture.
Go to www.waltonyearbook.com and click on Senior Portraits at the top of the page. You will then be able to upload your student’s formal, casual, and baby pictures. Please only submit one photo for each category. The website will send you a confirmation email. Please look at the email to make sure the number of pictures submitted matches the number of pictures your submitted. Please do not submit a flash drive or a hard copy of the picture. Use this web site (www.waltonyearbook.com) to submit your pictures. Pictures cannot be accepted via email.
